Our client, an NHS Foundation Trust based in Kent is looking to appoint a Head of HR Operations to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to advance their HR Operational skills during a time where their efforts will undoubtedly help the NHS greatly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- To be the strategic lead for the development and implementation of workforce service level agreements and KPIs across all operational services
- To work with the senior workforce team to develop a prioritised plan (based on business value and impact) for HR service and operational improvement across the HR processes, policies, systems and contact channels
- Manage the service delivery of high-quality support for TUPE data gathering, mobilisation support and change projects
- Develop, and oversee the implementation of core objectives linked to the capacity and capability and adding value work streams of the workforce strategy
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of operational business processes and how these can support the achievement of agreed targets and objectives
- To contribute to the leadership of the HR teams ensuring the engagement of the team in delivering a high-quality service
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Recent experience in an NHS Trust
- Experience managing a HR team
- Experience and knowledge of HR systems including ESR and Health Roster
- Temporary Staffing experience
