Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Solicitor to join their team as Head of Property on a permanent basis in Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior legal professional looking to take on a strategic leadership role and play a key part in the continued growth of a well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and overseeing the Residential and Commercial Property department
• Supporting, mentoring, and supervising members of the team
• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters
• Working closely with the firm’s panel partners to progress transactions efficiently

This role would suit an individual looking to operate at Director level, contributing both operationally and strategically to the organisation’s development.

Working Arrangements

• Full-time or part-time applications considered
• Hybrid working options available

Salary
£55,000 – £65,000 per annum

Hours
35 hours per week
