Health & Safety Administrator required for an immediate start
Location: Watford
Length: Temp – Perm
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday
Main responsibilities of the role
- Liaised with all departments across the organisation to assist with health and safety needs
- Generated health and safety documentation
- Assisting the organisation in improving compliance with health and safety
- Worked closely with the health and safety team following their existing methodology to liaise with various departments
- Assisted with identifying risks and generating the relevant documentation and processes to minimise that risk
- Ensure working practices are safe and comply with legislation
- Keep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements
Essential requirements:
- Experience working within an administrative position previously
- Confident in using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- A keen interest in Health & Safety and providing a streamlined service
