Housing and Litigation Lawyer – Initially 3 months – Full Time – South-East England
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a busy Local Authority, who are known for their excellent team culture, who are recruiting for a Housing and Litigation Lawyer to join their busy department.
This is a full-time assignment (36 hours per week), with initially 3 months being offered.
Responsibilities:
- To support the lawyers in the provision of legal advice to the Councils, Members and Officers, and support the provision of legal solutions in relevant areas of legal work to enable the Councils to progress with corporate goals.
- To assist lawyers and senior lawyers in the provision of legal expertise, in a shared back office support service, contributing to the delivery of a portfolio of high quality, solution focused legal work in more than one discipline and across multiple sites, to customers in different organisations.
- To provide legal and administrative support across civil and criminal litigation, enforcement and housing.
An hourly rate of around £47.45 per hour umbrella is offered for this position, dependent upon experience.
