Housing Legal assistant– Initial 6 months – Full time
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a busy Local Authority, who are known for their excellent quality of work and who are recruiting for a Locum Planning Legal Assistant to join their department.
This is a full-time assignment (37 hours per week), with the initial period 6 months and then a possibility to extend.
The rate is negotiable, depending on experience, with the option to be worked on a remote basis as they are keen to secure the right candidate.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Housing Legal Assistant to provide support to the Housing Solicitor, primarily to defend housing disrepair claims. The successful candidate must have excellent IT skills and it is preferable that they have some public sector housing knowledge, but this is not essential.
