HR Administrator

Venn Group is currently representing one of our clients in the Education sector, based in Cambridgeshire, to source an enthusiastic and personable HR Administrator. This is a three month temp-to-perm role, paying £10-£13 per hour, depending on experience.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the HR team by performing a variety of administrative tasks
- Managing your own workload to ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly
- Ensure that the information on the HR database stays up to date and is in line with the firm’s standard operating procedures
- Be the first point of contact in the HR team for any general queries
- Assist with the recruitment process e.g. drafting offer letters, arranging interviews, onboarding new starters
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience with MS Office packages
- Experience of providing administrative support
- Effective communication skills
- Background in HR
