HR Administrator immediately required
A fantastic administrative opportunity has arisen with our client, an established public sector organisation to join their friendly team. As a vibrant admin professional, you will be providing basic administrative support to the HR team in a range of capacities.

Location: Cardiff (hybrid/ remote)
Contract Type: 3 months (possibility for temp to perm)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £12.46- £13.39 via Umbrella (DOE)
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the HR helpdesk enquiries via phone, email, online and in person in a professional manner
- Monitor shared email inboxes
- Conduct right to work checks
- Set up staff on the Payroll and HR System (Software for People)
- To help maintain the filing system for the department (both paper and electronic); whilst ensuring the security and confidentiality of all records
- To maintain accurate records of documentation, keeping it up to date and accessible
- Assist the team with on-boarding paperwork including generating offers and contract paperwork and making occupational health referrals and DBS applications as directed
- Photocopying, scanning and collating of information
- Complete other admin ad hoc tasks as required
Essential Skills:
- Proven administrative experience held in a similar capacity
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Previous HR experience would be advantageous
