We are currently working with a leading provider of higher education based in London to recruit an HR Administrator to join their team. The post holder will provide effective administrative support for the Human Resources team.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Senior HRBP and HR team to provide general administrative and diary support
- Provide a reception service dealing with both internal and external customer enquiries
- Supporting the full recruitment administration service, including dealing with recruitment enquiries, and advising candidates
- Effectively liaising with managers, HR Advisors and Business Partners
- Supporting the HRBP with admin duties relating to Learning & Development and CPD activities
Candidate Profile:
- Experience of working in HR, including administrative knowledge and note taking
- Confident navigating all Microsoft Office packages as well as experience of using a computerised HR Systems - iTrent is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
