Venn Group is currently representing one of our healthcare clients based in the Oxfordshire area, in order to source a HR Advisor for a predominately home-based interim assignment. This role will be paying £18.72 per hour + holiday pay.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting line managers with all employee relations matters, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Delivering effective operational HR practice and people solutions to line managers across a range of departments
- Managing sickness absence within the organisation by providing advice to the management team on a case-by-case basis and also by conducting absence reviews across the departments when required
- Providing advice and support on a wide range of HR matters within the organisation
The successful candidate should have:
- Strong public sector background
- Sound understanding of employment law
- Experience of policy and process improvement
This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR professional who is looking to join a well-established, innovative team.
