Venn Group is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for a Public Sector Organisation based in Birmingham. This is a temporary contract for 3-6 months initially, offering an hourly rate of £16.24 PAYE including Holiday Pay.
This role will be office based and Full Time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
The ideal candidate will be qualified at Level 3 CIPD as a minimum and preferably at Level 5 CIPD.
Duties:
- Support the HR Advisor team with telephone and email enquiries on all HR related matters
- Supporting management of formal casework, such as sickness, disciplinary, grievance and dignity at work investigations.
- Previous generalist HR advisory experience is essential due to the complexity and volume of enquiries and casework the team are currently dealing with
