A notable College is looking for a HR Advisor to deliver an effective service in line with their Employee relations, relationship building and project needs. The postholder will be integral in creating a positive and motivational working environment for the employees.
Your duties will include:
- Managing and leading employee case preparation
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
- Advising line managers on HR policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing employment policies and procedures
- Managing full recruitment processes and right to work checks
- Liaising with finance on projects
- Arranging training courses as required
- Carrying out HR adh-hoc duties such as arranging meetings
- Responding efficiently to range of queries from staff, managers and other representatives
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- At least level 5 CIPD qualification
- Experience in an Education setting
- Strong ER/Relationship building experience
- Be immediately available or on short notice to work
