We are currently working on a position with a highly-regarded healthcare organisations, based in Oxfordshire, to source a fully remote HR Advisor for the following assignment:
HR Advisor

Location: Oxfordshire (fully remote)
Contract: Temporary for 6 months
Rate: £16.96 plus holiday pay
Hours: 37.5 per week
Your duties will include:
- Providing comprehensive, objective and quality HR services to managers and staff in accordance with Employment legislation, national policy/guidelines and local policies and procedures
- Supporting managers in the control of sickness absence and in ill-health reviews in collaboration with the Occupational Health Department and in line with sickness management policies
- Providing professional advice and support to managers on the implementation of the organisations grievance procedure
- Advising and supporting managers on the identification and handling of issues relating to poor performance and capability and in dealing with capability, disciplinary, and grievance investigations, to ensure that such investigations are conducted fairly and equitably
- Organising and conducting exit interviews and submitting quarterly reports on findings to the Senior Management Team, highlighting trends and recommending corrective action as necessary
- Supporting organisational change initiatives, advising managers on the consultation process and undertaking individual interviews in line with Trust policy. This may include advising on TUPE transfers, dealing with individual redundancy and redeployment
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience of providing advice and support to managers at all levels in all key aspects of generalist HR and employee relations
- An up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice and the skills to apply and interpret this including data protection & security
- Skilled in writing reports, correspondence, and human resources processes/policies and guidance
- Organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise work
- HR administration skills with experience of managing, reviewing and updating processes throughout all stages of the employment lifecycle as outlined above
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to effectively articulate an opinion and engage with both internal and external stakeholders through a variety of different mediums
- Proficient in MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook with computer skills for browser-based applications
