HR and Training Assistant immediately required
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in the South-west are looking for a dynamic professional to assist in ensuring a timely and accurate delivery of HR services by providing administration support for recruitment, training and other HR processes
Location: Bristol (remote working with occasional travel to the office)
Contract Type: 7 months FTC
Hours: Part-time (25 hours per week)
Salary: £16,834 (£25,250 FTE)

Responsibilities include:
- Provide administration support for the recruitment process including writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, tracking applicants, organizing interviews and reference checking
- Provide all HR administration support including holiday records, leaver processes, maternity leave calculations and documentation, monitoring sick pay entitlements, etc.
- Posting information and communications on the HUB, including updated to policies and procedures, Employee Handbook etc.
- Provide administration support for the Managing Director as required
- Carry out exit interviews
- Work across business operations to deliver induction training and lead a range of courses to learners across the business
- Manage the training delivery calendar, schedule courses, and maintain records of all training attendance and eLearning completion using our learning management system, chase outstanding attendance
- Assist in the production and delivery of project-based IT training
- Assist the managing director with admin and PA support on an ad hoc basis
Essential Skills:
- Previous HR/ admin experience held in a similar capacity
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
