HR Assistant
Location: remote working
Length of contract: 3 months (with possibility of extension)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
A Central Government organisation is seeking a HR Assistant to lead on administration of day-to-day tasks for the HR team.
Key Requirements
- Public Sector experience preferred
- HR Administration experience essential
- A HR related qualification strongly desirable
- Willingness to learn and get involved with a range of rudimentary tasks
- Attention to detail
- High level of organisation
Key Responsibilities
- Process and create purchase orders
- Respond to reference requests in a timely fashion
- Deal with changing and updating employee records
- Updating organisation charts
- Deal with pension administration
- Lead on intranet administration, creating engaging content
- Resolve contract variations
- Lead on inductions and induction admin
- Respond and process pay review letters
- Complete right to work checks
- Manage the group inbox
- Deal with recruitment logistics
