HR Business Partner

Venn Group are currently working alongside an NHS Trust based in Hampshire to recruit a HR Business Partner to Provide strategic HR advice and support to the senior Divisional Management Team as well as across all other senior management teams corporately. The successful candidate must have experience working within the NHS.
Rate: Band 8A £28.19 - £31.45 per hour
Location: Hampshire /Remote
Duration: 3 months
Job responsibilities:

Enable the delivery through the division of the HR people strategy objectives by:
-
Increasing levels of employee well-being and engagement
-
Building a high performing culture
-
Maximising cost savings and efficiencies
-
Creating an employer brand where the client is recognised as a great place to work through indicators such as the Staff Attitude Survey

Work autonomously to provide HR direction and expertise within the division ensuring this is linked to patient care, service improvement, and equality and diversity
-
Link closely with the wider HR team and other HR managers to support the delivery of these key aims

Lead the design and delivery of recruitment strategies to address vacancy shortfalls within divisions, conducting analysis of turnover data to provide advice and guidance on opportunities

Provide advice and guidance on organisational development and change management

Review divisional absence data to seek identification of trends of absence, spikes and issues of possible underlying wellbeing

Undertake and provide advice on highly complex conflict management and resolution cases
-
Report on the delivery of agreed corporate key workforce KPIs, identifying trends and setting action required
Essential Skills:
-
CIPD qualified
-
Further Post Graduate qualification or equivalent experience across a range of highly specialist HR topics

Workforce planning experience
-
Significant human resources management experience and in operating with stakeholders at a senior level

Able to use a range of Microsoft products including, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Demonstrable problem solving skills in complex environments
-
Demonstrable experience of leading change management processes

Project planning and execution experience
-
Experience of building effective teams throughout an organisation and Line management experience
