Job Opportunity – HR Business Support Manager
Venn Group are currently working on a position with a highly-regarded healthcare organisation, based in Buckinghamshire, to source an HR Business Support Manager for the following assignment:

Contract: 6 months
Rate: £25.15 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 37.5 per week
Your duties will include:
- Producing reports, narrative and presentations for meetings, boards and committees as required
- Project managing autonomously multiple concurrent ad-hoc pieces of work that are identified by the Senior Workforce Team, influencing contributors to complete tasks in line with the project plan
- Breaking down barriers to understanding of systems in a constructive, diplomatic way and encourage and influence task owners and stakeholders to support elements of the project
- Analysing data of complex nature for producing reports, presentations, identifying trends, issues and areas of improvement, and reporting on the data in a way that stakeholders can understand, using Excel to track activity
- Managing autonomously multiple concurrent HR projects across the organisation
- Ensuring the Director of Workforce is briefed on activity, actions needed and daily/weekly prioritisations
- Ensuring all aspects of the ‘project’ phase become ‘business as usual’
- Developing and implementing any processes and guidelines necessary for the success of the project, which could be implemented organisation wide or within the Workforce Directorate
- Identify areas for improvement and ensure delivery of projects so as to maximise value for money and return on investment
- Providing data analysis, creating of project plans, monitoring activity against them and data input for key pieces of work
The successful candidate should have:
- CIPD qualification
- An ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
- Capability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable confidence in challenging senior stakeholders when necessary
- Strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage pressure
