HR Systems Manager

Venn Group are delighted to have partnered with one of our renowned healthcare clients in the Buckinghamshire area, to source an interim HR Systems Manager for the below role:
Location: Buckinghamshire (hybrid working)
Contract: Four months +
Rate: £226.36 per day via an umbrella company
Hours: 37.5 p/week
Your duties will include:
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects to roll out HR systems across the organisation for all staff groups
- Attending and contributing to the HR system projects boards, interpreting sometimes complex data to influence improvements in rostering practice across each division
- Ensuring managers can access and understand the information available to them in order to maximise system benefits
- Ensuring there is adherence to national and company guidelines as well as organisational policy in relation to HR system usage
- Processes and procedures are in place to utilise key performance indicators to influence better working practises
- Responsible for planning and delivering all HR Systems projects in a timely and effective manner
- Training junior members of staff, providing regular advice and support to enable them to achieve their targets
- Handling day-to-day queries, including payroll and reporting issues, and acting as a point of escalation for junior members of the team
The successful candidate should have:
- Prior e-Rostering / Healthroster experience is essential
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills
