IBOR Management Information Data Analyst
Venn Group is currently recruiting for an IBOR Data Analyst to work at a global international investment bank in London. This contract opportunity offers an initial project delivery of approximately 12 months with a view to extend further.
This role is best suited for an experienced Business Analyst with a hands on Project Management skillset who understands complex regulations, data management and who has worked on multiple projects in the banking / financial services industry.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IBOR Discontinuation Programme, supporting the delivery of regulatory driven project and complex change across the EMEA region. This role will support by developing MI solutions and providing data extracts to the project stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
It is essential that that the candidate has worked a solid understanding of banking and financial instruments required, technical expertise required to analyse data sourced from bank system infrastructure and can interface between Finance and Control, Front Office, OAD and PD-ITSD to provide reports and updates to SteerCo members.
The ideal candidate will come have demonstrable experience in project management and have had oversight of a regulatory project, as they will be responsible facilitating appropriate governance for change. The candidate should also have significant experience using waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
Additional responsibilities include; IBOR data requests from to regulators, creation of ad-hoc reporting, and to develop key metrics for reporting dashboards. It is required that the candidate has previous experiencing working with the business on project scope & goals, objectives & business justification, secure resources (people and budget) and can justify the project objectives.
Further duties include; performing complex data analysis, data interpretation, process mapping, and management reporting.
It is advantageous to have a PRINCE2 /PMI qualification, Agile accreditation or equivalent experience.
