Job Title: ISP Application Support

Job description: A Local Authority in Yorkshire is looking for an ISP Application Support to provide professional expertise for the organisation. The role is to start on least a 6 month contract on a 37 hour per week basis,
Duties:
- Building exports from forms within LCS / EHM
- System configuration and system administrative tasks
- Setting up and building the training database to support training delivery
- Using agreed IT service management tools to accurately capture data relating to ITIL processesg
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify and investigate problems in systems and services throughout the organisation
- Assisting with the implementation of remedies and preventative measures
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 1 years’ experience working in an ICT business systems environment AND a related BTEC national level qualification or equivalent
- OR Several years’ experience working in an ICT business systems environment
Hourly Rate: Negotiable
