ICT Technician

Venn Group are working alongside a prestigious education trust in Berkshire to recruit an ICT Technician to join their every growing IT team. The successful candidate must be able to pass a DBS check.
Location: Berkshire
Salary: £25,419 - £29,174 DOE
Duration: Permanent
Main Duties:
- Assist with maintaining the school's IT network and systems
- Provide support for the school's servers and network infrastructure
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to all users for all systems and hardware including AV equipment and peripherals
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the school's computer systems, including
- network user database and password allocations
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the school website and intranet sites.
- Assist in delivering appropriate training for all staff to maximise the effective use of
ICT in their roles (including induction for new staff)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 Years of IT experience
- Excellent organisational skills - ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Office 365 experience
- Excellent communication skills
