Job Description – Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking to expand their Professional Commercial Risk team. In response to the evolving needs of their own clients they are expanding their Policy Wordings specialism across the national professional indemnity team.  This area of law would suit you if you are an experienced litigator with an interest in developing your knowledge of a technical (but not esoteric!) area of law. This role is fully remote and comes with a minimum of 3 months contract.

Duties:

• Providing expert legal advice to clients across an engaging mix of professional disciplines including Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions, Cyber, and  Warranty and Indemnity

Requirements:

• Have a strong background in Insurance Litigation
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive/ FCilex (5+ years PQE)

Hourly Rate – Competitive – DOE – Inside IR35
