Interim Administrator (HR Department)

Hourly rate: £12-13.50 DOE
Contract Length: 6 weeks +
Hours: 37.5 (Monday to Friday, 9-5)
Venn Group’s South West HR Recruitment Team are recruiting for an accomplished Administrator with outstanding attention to detail to provide support to our esteemed client in Bristol’s HR department.
The Role:
- Providing all round administrative support to an extremely busy HR department
- Uploading contracts, contract changes and contract variation letters to the HR system
- Supporting team members with document uploads for safer recruitment practices
- Helping with the filling of important documents
- Following GDPR regulations, guidelines and best practice
- Helping issue letters, contract offers and changes to terms and conditions
Essential experience:
- A DBS within the last 12 months
- Outstanding administrative skills and attention to detail
- Extremely strong work ethic and ability to work in very busy environments
- A proactive attitude
Desirable experience:
- Experience working in a HR department
