A leading college are recruiting a Head of HR to join their Human Resources team on an interim basis. The post holder will be responsible for leading the HR function and will be involved in overseeing the recruitment processes, policies updating and employee relations management. The college are student-centred and therefore the staff are passionate about maintaining the standards by fully supporting the teams across all their campuses.
Your duties will include:
- Safeguarding within the college
- Managing operational services
- Disciplinary and grievances management
- Overseeing recruitment and budget management
- Health and wellbeing
- HR Policies and procedures
- Line Management of a team of 10 HR professionals
