Interim HR Roles
Venn Group are currently assisting a large healthcare organization in the Greater Manchester area with an HR Officer that require immediate starts.
Key experience that is required for these roles is as follows:

Providing advice to management regarding sickness and absence management, specifically pertaining to covid-19 and BAU

Supporting different divisions for training and appraisals, requiring an independent and proactive HR professional who would be happy to be the sole representative from HR in any 121 meeting

Assisting on a large restructure and workforce redesign project across a large footprint in the Greater Manchester area
-
Assisting with any TUPE projects
- It may be required to travel to different sites on an ad-hoc basis to provide hands-on advice
