Temporary Operations Manager Role

A position has arisen for an Interim Operations Manager within a leading Housing Association based in the Shropshire. This is a key role on a temporary 3 month ongoing basis. It is paying between £250 and £300 per day
The successful candidate must have experience in a Housing Association or Contractor
Your duties will include:

Responsible for overseeing responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance contract

Managing a team of supervisors, managers and contracts managers as well as trades staff

Responsible for the full running of the contracts including program planning/scheduling works, KPI monitoring/performance improvement, SOR works, management of health and safety on site
The successful candidate should have:

HNC in construction, building studies or building surveying
-
Ability to regularly review all aspects of service delivery to ensure resources are optimised and compliant in line with current regulations

Proven financial management skills to produce management information and financial information in line with budgets and cost accruals data

Experience in social housing
-
Social Housing Contractor background

Full UK Driving Licence and Own Transport (Mileage paid at 0.45p)
