Interim Quality Manager – In-House Organisation – hourly rate D.O.E – West Midlands – Hybrid Working
Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for an Interim Quality Manager for an In House Organisation based in the West Midlands on a full time basis. Our client is looking for someone to carry out the role for an expected period of 3 months and are currently working on a hybrid working model (40% in office, 60% working from home). However, if you do not live locally and possess the relevant experience, our client is willing to be flexible on your working arrangement.
Previous experience within the Quality Management field in a customer service orientated organisation is essential. Previous Management experience is also essential for the role.
Duties may include but not limited to:

Assist with the ongoing development and assessing quality improvement needed across the organisation to ensure customer needs are understood, met and exceeded

Manage and lead a small team who will be reviewing the organisations work on a quarterly basis

Leading a formal review of the organisations existing quality framework to ensure it is fit for purpose

Provide internal and external stakeholders with assurance on the quality of service and outcome provided by the organisation
The hourly rate on offer is dependent on experience. Our client will review each candidate’s rate on a case by case basis so if you do require a higher hourly rate to make this role more feasible for you, please get in touch to discuss further.
