Interim Recruitment Administrator
Location: Gloucestershire
Contract duration: 3 months +
Hours: 37.5 hours

Hourly rate: up to £12.91 via Umbrella Company
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Providing a wide range of recruitment and administrative support to enable the organisation to recruit and on-board staff as quickly as possible
- Going through large amounts of applications and contacting candidates to take them through the onboarding process
- Assisting with the full onboarding cycle including checking entitlement to work documents, referencing, ID checks, DBS checks, training requirements and arranging inductions
- Creating, inputting and maintaining employee data accurately
- Liaising with candidates regarding their applications to roles
- Support recruitment and induction tasks including posting job adverts, setting up interviews, shortlisting candidates, promotion processes and onboarding staff
- Supporting the Recruitment Lead and Line Manager with a wide range of recruitment related issues and queries
Essential Requirements:
- Knowledge of the on-boarding process including conducting RTW checks
- Strong administration experience
- MS Office skills including excel
Desirable requirements:
- HR or recruitment experience
