Interim Reward and Retention Manager
Location: Home Counties
Duration: c. Six months ongoing
Rate: £22 - £25 per hour + holiday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – full time
Key deliverables:
- Develop a robust project plan to ensure the co-ordination and embedding all aspects of the NHS People Promise into the organisation
- Develop and monitor progress towards robust metrics (qualitative and quantitative) to ensure delivery of all aspects of NHS People Promise interventions
- Report on progress towards the identified project plan and metrics to the ICS Retention Lead and Regional Retention Manager
Main duties include:
- To oversee team members to deliver requirements listed in the Assignment Brief and engage and liaise with key stakeholders, in particular;
- To support the delivery of day to day activities, projects and programmes
- To manage team and drive delivery of a range of business initiatives and projects
- To operate in a highly political and sensitive environment
- Support the portfolio of initiatives in demonstrating value for money for the current spend
