Interim SEN Project Support Coordinator
Location: London (remote working, flexible)
Status: Inside IR35
Length: March 2022
We are looking and interim project support coordinator to provide administrative support in a busy SEN department of a London Local Authority.
Key Responsibilities of the SEN Project Support Coordinator:
- Administrative support for High Needs Project board and SEND and AP Transformation workstreams to deliver project outcomes
- Acting as the lead administrator for the Assistant Director SEND
- Support the implementation of Council standards regarding communications
- Lead administrator for the SEND Operational Board
- To set up systems to monitor and manage deadlines for multiple projects
- Support in the preparation of presentations for the Assistant Director SEND for stakeholders and parents internally and externally as necessary
- Conduct ad hoc projects as requested such as research and analysis
- To support with designing documents, arranging workshops and events and task and finish groups and meetings
Skills and experience required of the SEN Project Support Coordinator:
- Experience of working in administration and the ability to manage work successfully
- Evidence of coordinating processes and systems to achieve key deliverables
- Can demonstrate a knowledge of the Council
- Works in an efficient and organised way
- Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
- Work under pressure and be able to prioritise effectively to accomplish task in set timescales
- Works positively with colleagues in the team and across the organisation to ensure consistent good practice
