Interim Senior Campaigns Officer x2

Working arrangements: remote with option to go to the office
One of our local authority clients is looking to recruit two interim Senior Campaigns Officers to provide additional capacity and support within a busy communications team, working on broader public health priorities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing, creating and implementing communications plans and running well thought out, integrated campaigns
- Devising and delivering a wide variety of stakeholder communications and engagement activities in support of the council’s services and priorities
- Downloading social media efforts and scheduling, as well as writing copy for digital comms; e-newsletters, websites etc
- Responsible for producing publications (printed and digital) and promotional materials in support of communications and engagement activities
Required skills and experience:
- Strong evidence of developing and delivering campaigns
- Demonstrable social media knowledge and experience
- Creative and innovative with the ability to work at pace
- Previous and recent public sector experience, ideally local government
- Any format of e-newsletter, and content creation skills are welcome but not essential
