Internal Communications & Executive Support Assistant
A leading private sector organisation in West Yorkshire is looking for a highly skilled PA and Internal Communications Assistant to join them on a temporary basis for 6 months. The successful candidate would be responsible for supporting the CEO, Directors and Executive Team members with diary management, meeting support and the business’s internal communication function.
Main Duties
- Provide PA support to the CEO, Directors and Executive Team members, including diary management, travel booking and itineraries
- Booking meetings including travel and accommodation, itineraries, and visitor arrangements
- Assisting with the business’s Internal communication function, including but not limited to drafting digital communications and event planning
- Governance Meeting and framework support including but not limited to minute taking, paper preparation and other admin
- Team administration including but not limited to invoice management, expense claim submissions for the executive team, corporate credit card reconciliations
Location: Wakefield
Duration: 6 Months
Start: ASAP
Rate: £16,000 – £24,000
