Job Summary
The post holder will be working across organisational and professional boundaries, to:

lead and support the implementation and delivery of large, complex and wide-ranging projects within the Trust’s delivery programme

working as part of the project team, the post holder will provide leadership and project expertise to Clinical and Corporate Directorates alike to facilitate the development, delivery and robust monitoring of all aspects of the programme/ project plans within the portfolio, maintaining programme/ project documentation according to agreed processes
The post holder will be working within a small project team that includes other project managers, project support, consultancy and clinical staff, while working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The project team is currently co-located with the PAS (major projects) programme team and will therefore, have access to dedicated change management and testing skills until such time as that programme is completed. The post holder will support the Trust to embed new processes and best practice through the implementation of replacement and upgraded clinical and administrative systems.
The key focus for this post will be the day to day management and delivery of a portfolio of projects through transformational change, ensuring delivery is within specific timeframes and budget to provide successful outcomes and benefits realisation.
The post holder will have significant experience of implementing a wide variety of projects to formal methodology within an acute NHS setting, and will be able to work seamlessly across organisational boundaries with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects to a defined outcome
