Service Desk Administrator
Daily rate: £118 (via an umbrella company)
My client, a well-known organisation requires a number of candidates to cover multiple IT roles within their organisation on a temporary basis.
The ICT Support Administrator will be responsible to the Head of IT for the day to day divisional administration and to provide support for the ICT Helpdesk.
The main focus of the role will cover the administration of the ICT division services such as processing mobile telephone and other equipment requests and orders, dealing with suppliers to arrange deliveries/returns and ensuring that any ensuing queries are properly dealt with.
Service desk support as cover to the supervisor will include 1st line telephone support to service users, logging of support requests, allocating support incidents to the appropriate ICT Support officer and follow up of outstanding support incidents.
