A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Operator to join a leading public sector organisation in Exeter. This is a temporary to permanent role, with an initial 12 week contract.

You will be providing 1st line support to thousands of users across the region, taking inbound calls, assisting with basic fixes and escalating any technical queries as necessary.
Based on-site 9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday, paying £13.12 per hour (umbrella)
Experience providing IT support would be advantageous, however experience in a busy call centre or helpdesk environment, combined with strong IT aptitude will be considered.
