Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Starting Salary: £21,000pa – £23,000pa DOE
Hours: This role will work within a team of 5 Support Analysts working a shift pattern during Mon-Fri. Shifts are between 6AM and 10PM (6AM – 2PM or 2PM – 10PM), Saturday from 6AM – 4PM and out of hours on-call once every five weeks. Saturday’s will be paid at 1.5x rate.
The on-call is ‘best endeavours’ – it is extremely rare that you would be called – over the last 12 months, there has been two calls placed out of hours where the night shift workers were unable to resolve, and the fix absolutely could not wait until the morning shift (6AM onwards). In the unlikely event that you are called, you would be entitled to claim overtime at 1x rate if the call wasn’t a quick fix (i.e. it couldn’t be answered/resolved within an hour).
