Job Title: Multi-Skilled Joiner

Venn Group has been approached by a local housing association to recruit for Multi-Skilled Joiners on a temporary ongoing basis in Carlisle
As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.
The duties will include:
- Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties
- Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, basic tiling and painting
- Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
- Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
- Driving Licence (van provided)
