£60k - £80k, Route to Partnership
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly profitable practice as Legal Director. This position has excellent prospects for progression, with a route to partnership for capable candidates.
You will join a team of high calibre professionals and handle a complex and stimulating caseload focusing on development and major projects. You will combine exceptional technical ability with a commercial outlook to ensure that you are delivering the best results for your clients.
The work will be technically challenging and will require a commercial outlook combined with the ability to devise robust solutions to legal problems. A large proportion of the clients that you will take on will be owner managed and you strive to understand their objectives and deliver accordingly. In addition to your fee earning responsibilities you will also have opportunities to mentor junior fee earners.
This position would be ideally suited to a Real Estate Solicitor with circa ten years PQE who is combines strong technical expertise with the ability to “see the wood for the trees” and advise on pragmatic solutions which are both legally and commercially sound. No following is expected or required as the department is busy and has a surplus of high quality work.
A competitive package is on offer for the right candidate which includes pension, private medical, bonus and free parking. The salary on offer is negotiable and expected to be in the region of £60,000 to £80,000. The position allows for flexible and hybrid working, with up to two days a week working from home.
