Multidisciplinary boutique firm seeks a talented Solicitor with development experience to join the practice as Legal Director.

Our client is a multidisciplinary boutique practice focused on real estate and development. They continue to grow rapidly both in size and revenue, and have ambitious plans for the future. The Opportunity
You will join the firm as Director and head the Property Department. The department currently consists of five, high calibre permanent staff and several consultants and there are plans to continue to increase the headcount. You will be responsible for managing the team whilst handling a caseload of development matters. The caseload will be manageable and high quality and you will benefit from being part of a larger team who are used to collaborating effectively on complex projects. In addition to your managerial and fee earning duties you will also work be responsible for pricing and scoping work.

Requirements
Requirements for the role are as follows:
Solicitor or equivalent with 10+ years’ experience
Experience of dealing with complex development matters
Ambition and drive to develop the department
Ability to work closely with the Managing Partner
