Litigation Lawyer
Modern and dynamic Herefordshire based law firm are seeking a dedicated Litigation Lawyer as a result of on-going success.
The firm are Lexcel accredited and promote best practice, working to the highest standards in practice management and client care. An employee focused ethos is instilled across the business which creates a friendly and supportive working environment.
Working closely with a Litigation Partner, you will have sole conduct of your caseload, advising and acting on matters across the spectrum of civil litigation. You will handle a stimulating caseload that will touch upon debt, insolvency, contested wills and probate, employment, company and partnership disputes, property disputes and trusts litigation. Secretarial support, ongoing training and progression will be provided.
