Locum Criminal Litigation Lawyer – West Midlands – 6 months – £45-50 per hour (Umbrella)
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Criminal Litigation Lawyer to join a respected Public Sector Organisation based in the West Midlands.
This position is offered for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extension and will be worked mainly on a remote basis but some office presence will be required possibly 1 to 2 days per month.
The successful candidate will have experienced in contentious regulatory matters with a bias towards Planning, Highways, Environmental matters gained within Local Government or Private Sector. Experience of County Court/Magistrates’ Court proceedings would be beneficial.
Daily duties may include liaising with various agencies, assisting with witness statements (and evidence generally) and corresponding with opposing Solicitors. Dealing with Enforcement matters and needs someone to have a strong understanding of criminal procedure and disclosure rules .
An hourly rate of £45-50 (Umbrella) will be considered for this position.
