Locum Rent Possession and Litigation Paralegal – initial 3 Months – Office Based – Nottinghamshire – £10 to £15 per hour Umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a reputable Local Authority in the Nottinghamshire area who are recruiting for a Locum Rent Possession and Litigation Paralegal to join their department.

This is a part-time position working 3 days per week. This position will be offered for an initial period of 3 Months with the possibility of extension and will be predominately office based.

This opportunity is suitable for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with previous experience of Rent Possession and Prosecutions based matters.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within Local Government.

Duties may include:

• Dealing with rent possession and low level prosecutions matters

• Dealing with the rent possession processes from inception through to collection

• Initiating debt enforcement actions

• General administrative tasks as required

An hourly rate of up to £15 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position.
