Job description: An opportunity to join a prestigious Local Authority in the North West region has arisen for a Legal Practitioner to work within the Property team for an initial period of 3 months with a chance of extension.
The requirements will be:

To deal with residential purchases

To advise on landlord & tenant matters (leases, tenancies at will etc)
Working arrangement: ASAP start - 3 months. This role is to be performed on a full-time basis. Travel once a fortnight minimum
Local Government experience is a must.
Hourly rate: £45ph DOE
