Hourly Rate: £18.50 umbrella
Our client in Bristol are looking for an Executive PA to join their team on a 3+ month basis, with the possibility of extension as they recruit substantively to the position.
You will be working as part of the Executive office, supporting the Chief Medical Officer. This will be based on-site full-time (9-5) in North Bristol.
This fast-paced and varied role is an exciting opportunity for someone with PA experience who is keen to work at the heart of one of the UK’s largest NHS Trusts, based in a modern acute hospital setting.
Day to Day Duties:
- Providing high level, professional PA support
- Working as part of the Executive PA team, to support Directors
Essential Skills:
- Experience supporting seniors at Executive/Board Level, including diary and email management
- Communicating with a range of people with differing levels of seniority
