Office Administrator

Venn Group is currently working alongside an Energy company in Berkshire to recruit an Office Administrator to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced company.
Location: Berkshire
Permanent salary: £25,000
Main Duties:

Typing of all contracts paperwork including orders, order acknowledgements, invoices, packing lists, EUR1 certificates, pro-forma invoices, supplier shipping faxes and freight forwarding letters

Producing monthly and quarterly reports from CRM System for Managing Director

Inputting and updating all customers and suppliers on CRM

Responsible for arranging all company travel requirements via dedicated agent

Online scanning and archiving of order paperwork and supplier information

Meeting and greeting office visitors

Taking in-coming phone calls and directing as appropriate
Essential Skills:

Great communication skills

Attention to detail
-
Previous experience in a similar role as an Office Administrator

Strong word processing skills
-
Previous experience in the financial elements of the role would be very beneficial
