Working closely with Operations colleagues, Project Managers and other Workstream Leads, this person is expected to be an out and out technical BA
This bank is aiming to align its numerous ongoing projects across various departments, centralising all through a change and projects function. The candidate joining this role must demonstrate a successful track record of delivering complex projects across transnational bank branches, coordinating both regulatory responses and integration between entities.

You will oversee implementation of Operational process and control changes for Change Management, Incident Management, and Communication Management
The position holder will need to drive forward regulatory agendas, adhering to internal and external standards; therefore, it would be beneficial for applicants to demonstrate experience delivering large-scale transformation and/or regulatory projects, within a banking environment.
A key function of this role involves direct liaison with key stakeholders (internal and external) daily, communicating changes to project plans, potential risks and issues, and team objectives as the project(s) develop. Inter-departmental communication will be expected regularly, and candidates will deal with C-Suite level stakeholders, therefore candidates must display excellent presenting and organisational skills.
Effective team management skills are beneficial, since this role involves a mixture of conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, leading junior members of the team, coaching, and providing ad hoc training of junior members of staff.
Overall, this contract role offers the opportunity to join an established organisation at the launch of a new programme, ultimately shaping firm-wide policy and direction within a dynamic project-focussed and team environment.
