1. Job Title: Outreach Assistant - WFH
Venn Group are currently working with a Health organisation in the North West to recruit x3 Outreach Assistants on an initial 5 Months contracted job.
2. Job Specification:

To plan and prepare for external meetings and events with our key stakeholders by:
-
Liaising with internal and external contacts to schedule meetings and training sessions. This could include booking venues, organising refreshments, and arranging for the delivery of materials ahead of the engagement.

Preparing agendas and meeting documents within service level agreements (SLAs)
-
Extracting and verifying doctors’ employment data from Siebel
-
To provide diary support for Liaison advisers, including booking travel and accommodation.

To ensure that colleagues have the resources they need in order to work effectively (e.g. office furniture, technology and stationery) working with colleagues to resolve issues wherever necessary.

To support the recruitment, induction, and training of new colleagues.

To participate in team activities and meetings, sharing knowledge and insight and helping to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.

To participate in regular audit and peer review of own and colleagues’ work to support successful learning and development.

To contribute to the development of new and existing processes, systems, guidance, team templates and communications so they remain fit for purpose.

To contribute to Outreach continuous improvement activities and project work
