Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS Trust in Hampshire who are looking for a highly capable and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executives.
Rate: Band 5 £16.75 - £19.64
Location: Hampshire
Duration: 12 months
Job Responsibilities:

Act as the initial point of contact for Corporate Services with Government Ministers, Senior Civil servants, Non-Executive Directors, Executive Directors, Chief Executives and Member Organisations and all other agencies including the media, in an efficient and courteous manner to promote the image of the organisations and its staff

Responsible to arranging corporate meetings, co-ordinating diaries, venue planning/booking, minute taking

Ensure Medical Director has all relevant papers for meetings, summarising and/highlighting reports and briefings as required for meetings, speaking engagements

Document management in the Director’s office to ensure all information is maintained and regularly reviewed

Undertake research and projects as requested by the Medical Director on current issues related to the Trust

Provide a confidential, comprehensive administrative service for the Corporate Office

Prioritise the Medical Director’s mail and where appropriate, initiate action and draft responses
The successful candidate will have:

Extensive experience supporting Executive Directors, preferably C-suite and above
-
The ability to manage a very demanding workload

Excellent organisational, prioritisation and decision-making skills
