Locum Housing & Civil Litigation Paralegal

£35 umbrella per hour

Local Authority in South-East England

3 months initially with likelihood of long-term extension

36 hours per week, 1-2 day office attendance per week

Venn Group is working with a fantastic local authority in South-East England in their search for a Housing & Civil Litigation Paralegal on a locum basis for an initial 3 month role (with the potential to be extended).

Requirements:

• Qualified Paralegal, with a valid certificate to practice in the UK
• Experience working within local authorities, or for a public sector organisation
• Confidence in representing teams and prioritising workload
• 5 GCSE’s grades. 4-9 including Mathematics and English

Duties/Responsibilities:
Generally supporting a team of Lawyers on matters.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Community infrastructure
• S106 Debts
• Care Act 2014
