Participation & Data Quality Analyst – Fixed-Term Contract
Venn Group are currently working with an esteemed NHS organisation in London seeking a Participation & Data Quality Analyst to help improve existing CAMHS practice at the organisation and provide high quality, accurate and reliable performance data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring consistency with SUI (Service User Involvement) and Data Quality across the Trust.
- Shaping and developing continuous improvements in all activities relating to service user participation in the Trust’s CAMHS
- Carrying out audits and evaluations of current and future participation work across the Trust’s CAMHS
- Maintenance of the existing database of service users and ex-service users that wish to take part in forums, interviews panels and general engagement with the service
- Working with service teams to create new and innovative ways of engaging children and young people
- Maintaining and continually sharing updates and developments on the Data Quality Standards
- Providing RiO training and Business Intelligence support to all clinical and non-clinical staff in CAMHS
- Ensuring Outcome Measure and Un-outcomed Appointments are completed before reporting deadlines, encouraging staff to complete and creating mechanisms for reminders
- Liaising with RiO trainers within the Trust in order to improve understanding of RiO applications and sharing best practice learning
- Coordinating and managing the local training processes and ongoing updates regarding the patient information systems
- Managing the information management processes carried out at all sites to ensure that patient data collected and recorded is consistent and robust in line with Trust & Legal requirements
Ideal skills and experience required will include:
- Experience of producing quality reports with relevant statistical analysis
- Experience of data collection, data management procedures, patient administration procedures, patient administration systems and good understanding of the patient pathway
- Demonstrable experience in data quality and service improvement practice
- Demonstrable ability to relate to both service users, carers and to health service managers at the most senior level
- Demonstrable experience in the development, co-ordination and delivery of training and education programmes
- High level of understanding of mental health services, issues and current local and national policy with regards to involvement and participation
- Confident in own ability to show initiative and work independently whilst remaining approachable
- Proven ability in interpretation of data and providing management reports
Duration: 12 months fixed term contract
Location: Remote
Salary: £38,762 - £45,765 per annum, pro rata
