Patient Experience Manager
Venn Group is currently working with a health organisation in London for a Patient Experience Manager to support the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Highly experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic senior manager who will manage, oversee, develop and improve our Patient Experience and Feedback processes
- The post holder will manage a team of staff, develop strong collaborative relationships with the Clinical Governance team colleagues and clinical service lines
- Develop strong working relationships with Healthwatch, Carers Group and other local stakeholders, sit on the Trust Service User and Carer Experience Sub-committee and other relevant forums and groups
- Draft regular reports to the Clinical Governance Group and the Quality Committee reporting on performance, effectiveness and improvement projects
- Take the lead in development and implementation of the Trust-wide Patient Experience Strategy, lead on the review of the Management of Complaints, Concerns, Comments & Compliments policy
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Patient Experience background
- NHS experience
Job Title: Patient Experience Manager
Duration: 3 months (will extend)
Rate: £249.92 PAYE inc holiday pay / £282.26 via umbrella
Hours: 37.5 per week (part time is considered)
